Préambule
Definitions
The store of rent INTERSPORT is the store of station where the customer comes to get back his material.
The voucher of reservation acts as contract linking the customer and the store of rent INTERSPORT.
Responsibility - reservations
Responsibility - reservations The legal contractual partner of the customer is the store of rent INTERSPORT where the material is got back. The local exchange rates are applied. The expressed in the local currency indicated on the remaining voucher of reservation due to the store of rent is guaranteed.
Availability of the materia
The material proposed in the rent is described in the international system of reservation. it is to note that the company of on-line reservation INTERSPORT reserves for the customer a range of material and not a specific model. The store of rent INTERSPORT would not know how to be considered as person in charge of the delays of availability of the material or of the reasons
Recovery of the material
In a general way for all the countries, the material can be got back until 30 minutes before the closure of the store, the day indicated on the voucher of reservation. The responsibility of the material is transferred to the customer as this last one gets back it.
Pledge
The store of rent INTERSPORT can require(demand) from the customer:
The pledge will be restored to the customer on the return to the material(equipment) in good condition.
* The payment by credit card, by check or in cash of a pledge of an amount equal to the value TTC of the rented(praised) products
* The presentation(display) of two identity cards
The pledge will be restored to the customer on the return to the material in good condition.
Delay of recovery of the material
In case of delay, the customer has to get in touch directly with the store of rent INTERSPORT. The reservation of the material will be prolonged of 24 hours before being automatically cancelled.
Return of the material
The material can have returned to the store of rent INTERSPORT only during the opening hours of this one.
For safety reasons, the customer makes a commitment to indicate to the store of rent INTERSPORT the possible shocks undergone by helmets.
Delay during the return of the material
A the expiration of the duration of rent planned to the contract, in case of non-return of the material or the non-regulation of a partial invoice, the customer remains responsible for the material which he has in his ownership. If the material is restored after date indicated on the voucher of reservation, the customer is in the obligation to pay a supplement indexed to the price lists of the standard daily rent and to indemnify the store of rent INTERSPORT in case of loss of earnings. If a customer wishes to prolong the duration of rent of the material, he has to get in touch directly with the store of rent and, subject to availability, pay a supplement indexed to the price lists of the standard rent.
Use
The rented material must be strictly used only by the customer, as indicated on the voucher of reservation. The loan or the subletting of the material is strictly forbidden. The material must be preserved in good conditions and maintained in good condition during all the time when it is in ownership of the customer.
Exchange of material
During the duration of agreed rent, the customer can exchange without supplement his material, whatever reason it is, against a material of lower or equivalent range. The customer can also exchange his material for a material of superior range on the condition of paying the difference of cost indexed to the price lists of standard rent.
Return of early material
If a customer is obliged to reduce the duration of rent, whatever reason it is, the store of rent INTERSPORT is not in the obligation to put back to him the difference.
Stolen or damaged material
The customer makes a commitment to pay for any damage arisen on the material, with the exception of those bound to a normal use. If the material is repairable, the repairs will be exclusively made by the store of rent INTERSPORT and the expenses of repair will be chargeable to the customer. If the material is not repairable, the customer is in the obligation to pay to the store of rent INTERSPORT the amount corresponding to the replacement value of the material. In case of flight of material, a complaint must be put down(deposited) at once to the police station. The customer has to inform the store about it of rent INTERSPORT within 24 hours and supply him a copy of the police report. The amount corresponding to the replacement value of the material must be paid(poured) to the store of rent INTERSPORT by the customer.
Insurance
most of the stores of rent INTERSPORT propose an insurance(assurance) which covers expenses in case of accidental damage and\or of flight. it is strongly recommended to the customers not benefiting from the cover of an insurance deprived to subscribe to this insurance. The legal contractual partner of the customer is the store of rent INTERSPORT. The customer is invited to acquaint with all the details of the insurance coverage before signing.
Applicable law and jurisdictions
The contract is subjected to the national legislation of the store of rent concerned INTERSPORT. In case of contesting relative to the procedure of reservation or to the rent of the material covered by the voucher of reservation, the competent jurisdiction will be exclusively the competent national court for the store of rent concerned INTERSPORT.
